Engagement Photo Shoot

We were lucky enough to have Megan's wedding photographer refer us to an AMAZING portland photographer named Yasmin (like Jasmin but with a "Y") Khajavi. We chose to do our engagement pictures somewhere outdoors. To make it more personal of a place we have a gorgeous secluded park just up the road from my house called Lewisville Park. Of course we had a week full of sunshine leading up to the shoot and woke up for this day and its raining. But we thought we'd take our chances. Luckily enough all we had at most was a light drizzle and the rainy day feel added more to our homage to the northwest!

totally love your pictures! i enjoyed seeing them on facebook first. that park is just up the road? WoW! what a place!
I can't tell you how much I wish I could be coming out to your wedding :( I always just expected that I'd be at both yours and megan's. wish i was financially (& physically with no trickiness of traveling with 2 kiddos)able to do the trip! I've been enjoying all of your beautiful ideas on pinterest. I wish I could talk to you & hear/see all of your plans. you have great taste! Enjoy! Time will fly by!
